Can I get rid of the lists on Exchange 2000

We have Exchange 2000 now running with SP3.
When you use outlook, and click on "Top:" you get many options IE:
Global Address List, All Addresses, All contacts, All Groups, and All
Users.
Can I delete all of them but Global Address list and Contacts?
