I received a CSV spreadsheet with the request of my manager to import it
into the Exchange Addressbook

THis is not as easy as it was in the Exchange 5.5 era, because in Exch 2000
it will remove the existing record, and replace this with the new info from
the spreadsheet.

Personally I have the intention to look at some VBscripting, but before
re-inventing the wheel:

I want to use VBscript to import this info.

Update the existing record, if it is there, with the info in the
spreadsheet, and when it is not there: create a new one.

My question is: is there some one who has something that is doing what I
want, or is there someone who has a better method to update this info, from
time to time by means of a spreadsheet-infofile?
