I am looking to make a new Exchange Server to handle all my email that is
currently managed by my ISP via POP accounts. I do not have a static
public IP.

What is the best way to handle and route all mail to X@xxxxxxxxxx without
a static IP?
Is it possible to have an external SMTP server / sevice via ISP or other
source and have my Exchange Server connect to this server and pull in all
mail?

I currently have my domains website hosted via a service provider so I do
not want to modify my domains public IP and bring down my website.

Thank you for your suggestions in this matter.
