Bandwidth required for replication

Hello Guru's,
                     Need some info, hope you will help me. 
 We have an exchange server 5.5 installed in our office in India. Now we are
planning to have another exchange server in our US office. We are
interconnected thru the Private Leased circuit (IPLC) 256Kbps line. 
 Could somebody pls tell me how much bandwidth required for replication for
each 1MB, depends on this we have to plan our infrastructure.
