Backup Solution Recommendation?

Hello all:
What is the best backup software for Exch 5.5, that will not skip the *edb and
log files even if in use, so that a full restore can be accomplished using the
tape? The Win2k ntbackup is supposedly Exchange aware, but it seems to skip
these files and requires a file-level backup to do the complete job.
