Check for software compatibility issues between the blackberry server and
Veritas. You are using an older version of Veritas, and therefore there
might be an issue there.


Check all Veritas services and make sure they are still running under the
same account, and that the account has the correct permissions. (Make sure
they have not changed.)

I have Win2k with Exch2K std SP3. 

I'm using Backup Exec 8.6 with Exch agent. I have a user build for the
backups. All went fine until last Thursday. On Thursday I had installed a
blackberry server and since then the backup fails. The user that the backups
the Exchange could not attach to the Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes - Access
denied. I tried all that I could find on Veritas - nothing helped.


Any idea?
