Hi

Have you got a Domian with a valid MX record setup. If so is your firewall
open for incoming SMTP connections? If you are working from home using a
domestic ISP account they may block incoming SMTP to prevent small
businesses abusing it. If this worked before then check the IP address of
the Virtual SMTP server.
