Automatically send emails in Outlook

I'm working with my co-worker, who happens to be a programmer. He's trying
to create a VB script to automatically send an email through Outlook.
Everytime he runs the scripts, he gets prompted with several security
windows (i.e., "Are you sure want to send this email," etc.,). Is there a
way to configure Outlook, so you don't get the prompts when automatically
sending emails. I know that this is a security feature in Outlook. Anyway
to disable it?
