Asian Languages supported by Exchange?

Hello!
I have posted this question on several other newgroups but maybe someone
here can help.
I have an English Exchange 2000 server and I cannot get my Japanese and
Korean Outlook clients to connect to the server via MAPI. They get
resolution errors and cannot find the server.
Any help you could provide would be much appriecated.
