An NDR saying maximu time for the msg expired

Hi All,

I'm facing a frequent problem while transferring messages from one site
to other.

 

*       I have one site located at US and other is at India

 

*       I have found this problem only when sending mails from US to
India

 

*       I have found that the problem is been faced by the only user in
US site

 

*       At US, the Mailbox and bridgehead server is same, while at India
I have different boxes for Mailbox and bridgehead

 

*       All the Exchange 5.5 servers in the organization are updated
with SP4

 

 

Below are the NDR details faced by a specific user.
