Look for InterOrg Sync tool from MS Backoffice Res Kit.
OR
SimpleSync from http://www.cps-systems.com/

Subject: [exchangelist] Address book synchronization

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi all,

Is it possible on Exchange 5.5 we would like to do an
Address Book online synchronization between two
different Exchange organization?

This mean we do not have to manually import the
address book from one organization to the other
organization.

This both two site have a different Exchange
organization and different domain but there connected
via leased line.

Thanks in advance.
