Just wanted to reach out and let the board know that I have sent out both
lifetime and 2018 membership cards to any paid members.

It might be nice to do a permanent card (like the awards we do) for the
lifetime members. I am attaching the most up to date roster for your private
perusal!

February Budget

OVER

$171.29

We are continually trending over for the board meetings but if we don't have
them every month, that should adjust out. Also, we had a non-budgeted item
of $110.00 for the BLM permit that we hadn't paid in the last couple of
years.

I am fine with the overage at this time. We are ONLY at 81 members when we
have had over 100 the last couple of years - so I will be reminding the
people that haven't renewed to do so and sending out an email to them after
the meeting this week.
