First, thanks again to Dave Shiel, Gordon Rosner, Ken Sumiec and John
Goerger who are rotating off the list due to term limits. Things have run
fairly smoothly this year, and we haven't needed a lot of meetings. I
really appreciate your cooperation and willingness to assist.
Don Wrigley and Ray Heinle have been added to the list, Dan Hahne, Brooks
Scofield, David Hatch, Marty Pieczonka and myself stay on the list with
different responsibilities. Only Jan Barstad and Wayne Thomas continue in
the same role.
I want to share the text of an email from Dave Coshow that he sent to GRCO
staff:
*It has become necessary to resign my position as manager of the
observatory. I have bought a house and need to worry about that and my
health is a continuing problem. I would like to work as a asst. mgr. later
in the spring if I can make it work due to schedule. Any questions, feel

This has been a tough year for Dave, and this wasn't an easy decision for
him. I will take over as acting manager until Don can conduct a search to
appoint a new manager.
