Upcoming Public Outreach Events
We have three events this week.
Tuesday, November 7th is Chandler Gilbert Community College (2626 E Pecos Rd in
Chandler 85225) from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. This will be a star party for the
astronomy students. They are expecting about 75 people. Nearest cross streets
are Gilbert & Pecos Rd. Setup will be in the gravel parking lot on the north
side of the school. Contact is Henry De Jonge.
Wednesday, November 8th is Porter Elementary School (1350 S Lindsay Rd in Mesa
85204) from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. This will be a STEM night for the school. They are
expecting about 300 people. Nearest cross streets are Lindsay & Southern Ave.
Setup will be on the north playground cement slab. Contact is Katherine Burgess.
Thursday, November 9th is JO Combs Middle School (37611 N Pecan Dr in San Tan
Valley 85140) from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. This will be a school star party. They are
expecting about 100 people. Nearest cross streets are Combs & Gantzel Rd. Setup
will be on the basketball courts at the back of the school. Contact is Aaron
