Upcoming Public Outreach Events
We have two events this week.
Tuesday, November 28th is Smith Junior High (10100 E Adobe in Mesa 85207) from
6:00 to 8:00 pm. This is Astronomy night for the school. They are expecting
about 100 people. Nearest cross streets are Crismon & Adobe. Setup will been
the basketball courts behind the portable buildings. Contact is Elisa Hansen.
Thursday, November 30th is Poston Junior High (2433 E Adobe in Mesa 85213) from
6:00 to 8:00 pm. This is to coincide with the 7th grade study of astronomy.
They are expecting about 500 people. Nearest cross streets are Lindsay & Adobe.
Setup location will be on the basketball courts on the southwest side of the
school. Contact is Henry Silberblatt.
