ADOT has posted I-10 activity for this weekend.

Heading Westbound to the airfield I-10 is narrowed to three lanes between
35th and 43rd Avenues from 11pm Friday to 10pm on Saturday. If you are
going out Friday there should be little impact, but expect some heavy
traffic in the construction area on Saturday.
Eastbound I-10 is *CLOSED* between 67th and 35th Avenues from 9pm Friday to
4am Monday. This will impact traffic from the airfield throughout the
weekend. You may want to get off I-10 just after the 303 exchange (perhaps
at Dysart) and take Van Buren or McDowell to I-17.
Whatever route, do drive carefully. DO NOT DRIVE if you are tired from a
night of observing. Traffic will be heavy, and drivers will be stressed.
