does anyone know what a "chanich mitztayen" is called in english?
i am talking about the soldier or cadet (in the army or in the gadna)
who is acknowledged as the best in the "machlaka" (squad?) at the end
of a course.
i am not looking for an exact translation, but for the phrase used in
an equivalent situation in english-speaking organizations.
