Well said, Iris.

In addition to what you wrote - for those who have not really been keeping
up and have questions they need answered, and feel overwhelmed, I suggest
you take advantage of the "Search" option on the ETNI site - I have entered
a few "mock" questions, and found that doing a search (just like we teach
our kids to - but rather than on the entire web- only on the ETNI site)
comes up with relevant pages.
