I don't care what the official instructions are. Everything the kids do in
class, participate, sleep, etc including home work, tests, general classwork
and projects must be part of their grades. And since the oral part of their
project is for the oral/interview of the bagrut...
Eventually the instructions will have to be changed, since they don't make any
sense. Pretend it's a typo.
