[etni] marvad registration

Has anyone actually completed this registration process? I found it to be
extremely frustrating and then I gave up when they told me to scan all of my
documents. Can't they get this information from Misrad HaHinuch? They have
all of it on their computers!
If we don't complete the process, does that mean we won't be paid for
testing for the Oral Bagrut and for LD Bagrut?

Please advise.
