[etni] language labs

i am looking for information on the use of language labs in teaching
english. do they exist in israel? (i remember them from my city college
days). if so, can i see one? preferably in action? i would like to contact
whoever is using it in their teaching and discuss its feasability for use in
israel as we may be able to get the money to set one up if it is really
worth it.
