The month of May is full of different important days.
Monday May 1 is Yom Hazikaron
Tuesday May 2 is Independence Day
2 weeks later is Lag B'Omer and then at the end of the month it is Shavuot.
As English teachers we can use these days to increase our students'
awareness and knowledge of these important dates.
