[etni] gmul and online projects

Has anyone who did Peter Freedmans's Teaching and Learning Community course
(under the auspices of The Agaf Lehityashvut( ever received the gmul for
this course?
I must admit that our experience with this (lots of promises but nothing
more) makes me very wary of doing any of the online courses offered today. I
suggest those who do register, do everything BEFORE beginning the course to
ensure the gmul is not a virtual one.
