Response to Judi Granit about Stress on Matkonet

Eustress can be defined as a pleasant or curative stress.
Distress is the most commonly-referred to type of stress, having negative
implications, whereas eustress is a positive, desirable form of stress.
The prefix from the Greek eu means "well" or "good", so when attached to
"stress", it is "good stress".
