[etni] black lines gone for good

I've got rid of the black lines in Word (discussed previously) permanently
I have Word 2002 and this is what I did. Perhaps it will work for others.
For English menu :
Tools
Autocorrect options.
Auto format as you type
Un check border lines box
OK
For Hebrew menu:
Keylim
Efsharuyot tikun skiyot automati.
Itzuv be-et haklada
Uncheck the Kavei gvul box
Ishur
And Bobs ye uncle!
