NEVER did I say, NOR did I HINT that a lesson- sample or otherwise - is or should be anything other than meticulously planned out. However, in the classroom, you never know what the students' reactions will be, or what electricity is not going to work, or what other distraction will befall you. Hence - in addition to having a plan B for high or low tech lessons, a little thinking on the feet .. Or "Improv" will get you through it.
