**** ETNI on the web http://www.etni.org.il http://www.etni.org **** I'm sure the answer to this question can help many other teachers. I have a diagnosed pupil who has the accommodation of "hakraah" and since she has difficulty using the tape, she can be read to by a teacher. So far so good. This pupil also has an accommodation "hachtava lebochen zar" which allows her to read her answers to the tester. The tester writes down her answers on a different copy of the test. Both tests are then sent to the ministry. Is this type of accommodation legitimate for the English bagrut? The student's copy and the tester's copy might not be the same since the pupil, while reading his answer, might add or change his answers. I know that the accommodation of "shiatuk" (copying) requires both copies to be identical, however, the above mentioned is not "shiatuk". Since our 12th graders will be taking the winter bagrut, we urgently have to inform the ministry of all our special requests concerning l.d. pupils. I hope I get an official answer. Thanks, Gmar Chatima Tova Tzila __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
