For English coordinators from Hityashvut: You are probably filling out those fun forms for REED (The Rural Education branch of the English Inspectorate) Do you want to be able to consolidate the various Forms, edit, change, add and rework the information on them without typing it all over? Of course, that would be useful. However, the forms are just that - Microsoft Word Forms, built so the user can only fill in certain fields, and cannot edit the rest of the form. Worse still, they are password protected, so lesser mortals who don't know the password can't "unprotect" them to allow editing. All you can do is save them whole with all the verbiage on them, necessary for the Inspectorate but not for us. There is, however, an easy "workaround" I discovered for this problem.
