If a 4\5 point borderline pupil takes E at the end
of the 11th grade. Then in order to cover his\her tracks, takes C and D in
the winter of the 12th grade planning to take F and G in the summer, a
process would be taking place. However, this student would have had to take
the winter oral exam when taking C and D.
If this student does well in F and G and wants the full five point credit,
will she\he have to take another oral bagrut in the summer of the 12th grade.

While you're write that the oral Bagrut does rather mess up the whole concept
of doing things gradually, you're mistaken on one count: Students moving from 4
to 5 point don't retake the oral Bagrut. Whatever grade the student got when
taking the oral exam in the winter of 12th grade is the mark that stands.
