[etni] Irgun Update and the Sanctions

In the last week, two teachers have posted on the Irgun forum
http://irgun-hamorim.org.il/forum/
asking what is happening with the sanctions. In both cases, the
Irgun's answer was to continue with the sanctions (not to do projects,
not to take part in HOTS courses, not to teach the new lit program).
