Maybe in city schools you can have a rule saying that you cannot teach
students from your same school but in rural areas where there is only
1 school in the area this is very problematic and nearly impossible if
you want to be able to get private help for your students.
People need to be pragmatic and Trust the integrity of these teachers
that are giving these lessons. I certainly draw the line at teaching
one's own students privately. Of course this is NOT an official
response . You should really consult with your inspector.
