The oral exam, which has its own "semel she'elon" is 20% of the Bagrut
grade for 3, 4 and 5 points. It's worth only 6-7% less than each of the
other three modules. The modular system DOES test speaking! And by the way,
if I remember correctly, on the old Bagrut (before the modules), the oral
exam for 3-pointers was worth only 10% of the final grade.
