---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: sara g <saragabai@xxxxxxxxx> Subject: a story about forgiveness (for Rosh HaShana, Yom Kippur, whenever....) the first year i taught english, a friend gave me this worksheet for the lesson before Yom Kippur in my 3pt 10th grade (which would now be considered a weak 4 pt class, i suppose). (the story itself can be found on the internet, mostly on sites of Islamic inspirational stories) today i retyped it, and will do it next week in the 8th grade. It can be found at: http://www.etni.org/holidays/Something_we_should_learn.doc what i think is nice about it is that the language is pretty accessible for all levels. and you can discuss it at a higher or lower level, according to your class. in a really weak class they could answer questions 3 and 4 in hebrew. sara g -- sara g in israel sarag@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx saragabai@xxxxxxxxx Visit us at The E Zone http://clickit3.ort.org.il/ganyavneenglish ----------------------------------------------- ** Etni homepage - http://www.etni.org ** for help - ask@xxxxxxxx ** ** to post to this list - etni@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** -----------------------------------------------
