The problem is that WE ALL know and understand this  but the ministry - THEM 
AGAIN-  doesn't get it.....
They refuse to accept that the factors affecting the yearly grade do not 
impact the Bagrut test itself.....They want us to teach English but force us 
to stress number juggling instead!!!!!    jesg
