You must contact the irgun and not your colleagues for a proper reply.

You are a member of a union; your employer is aware of this. The union's sanctions have been declared legal by the highest court in the land. I understand you are required to follow union rules or your conscience. Remember , if we don't obey the union -- however annoyed/outraged or ridiculous many of us feel these sanctions to be, we are shooting ourselvees in the leg IF WE DON'T OBEY Them. If we ignore the sanctions and it is business as usual, what hope is there for success?

The Histadrut's agreement is wonderful -- for the treasury. It stinks for the teachers, especially MOST ESPECIALLY -- Junior High teachers

But why or how does an IRGUN teacher teach in elementary school - the name says it is the union for teachers in the upper division. WHy be in the irgun and not the histadrut?

The Nissuy School (Jr -Sr High) is also observing the sanctions. However,
the elementary school is mostly HIstadrut and not involved . It has been my
understanding that in this case Irgun members need to fulfill the
obligations of meetings, report cards (or what we do instead of report
cards
at the NIssuy)
of the elementary schools. Am I right?
