Marlene, the NBA is already OLD not new any more. We have been working under 
this system for a few years, now.

The new modules are certainly different from the old system and of course we 
should demand extra pay for all the extra work we do. I believe the issue of 
Projects is included in the demands as is the issue of LD kids which has 
partly been resolved. However in my opinion, if we want success we have to 
limit to a few issues which are currently being addressed by the union, 
otherwise our chances of being listened to at all are very low.
