I just checked on the ministry website
www.education.gov.il
From there I went to "bhinot" and followed the link to "results of winter
exams, 2004"
and arrived at the following page:
https://www.education.gov.il/hizdahut_1_2004.htm
which informed me that the results would be out at the beginning of April
and to watch this page for the exact date
Apparently school should be receiving usernames and passwords for their
pupils to find out their grades on the web
These passwords should have arrived at the school in the first two weeks of
March
