Dear all,
After many many requests over a number of years and administrations of our
professional (or not so) organization, I finally turned to the registry of
corporations and have obtained a copy of the by-laws of ETAI. I will, free
of charge, transmit these to anyone who is not on the board of ETAI or
involved in the running of its programs, and who promises not to forward or
give them to any such person. For board members or others who may need them
to actually run our organization, I will make them available for the same
price the government charged me.
