[etni] Board of Ed striking?

Do any of you (especially from the south) know what is happening with the
board of ed? Are they striking? I have been trying to get hold of them for
days, and I just get a recording that the lines are busy. Are they indeed
striking? (I keep calling 08 6263333) If so - why are they running up our
phone bills by keeping us on hold? Anybody got any clues?
Alternatively , does anyone out there know how to get in touch with the
Committee for Recognizing Degrees and Diplomas from Abroad in the south?
