Hi Josh,
I have been able to replicate the problem you describe. There was a
problem with the espeak -data folder in the DropBox environment. I
believe this is now fixed.

Please take another copy of DropBox\eSpeak\nvda\espeak-data and the
problem with Spanish/ Irish  should be resolved
