[espeak-gaeilge] Next version of Irish Espeak prototype now available

Seasons Greetings to all on the eSpeak Gaeilge discussion list!!
Apologies for my absence from this list for the past few months. I was
unable to make changes to the Irish eSpeak synthesis prototype over
the last while due to other commitments.
I have now returned to looking at the prototype and have applied all
outstanding changes from the to do list.
I have put Version 2.3 into the eSpeak folder DropBox environment.
Please read the Documentation folder in the eSpeak DropBox environment
to see how to deploy these changes.
If you have any problems installing, please mail the list.
As ever, please list any words that are mis-pronounced and I will
apply a further change in mid-January.
