[ergo] Soundcard Control Update

I have just posted a new ergo4.exe beta with improved control over sound
cards. It now provides compensation for non-standard cards and I hope
(fingers crossed) will control multiple WAVEIN/WAVEOUT devices with 100%
accuracy. (I even have my old SB Live card connecting properly.)
