Dear Colleagues The abstract deadline for Goldschmidt 2013 is approaching fast. Don't forget to submit you abstract until 12th April 2013: Session 23G: Noble Gases and Other Transient Tracers in Terrestrial Waters and Gases: Bridging Established Science with Emerging Applications Convenors: Rolf Kipfer, Florent Barbecot , Matthias Brennwald, Axel Suckow Keynote: Martin Vollmer (Empa, Laboratory for Air Pollution and Environment) Transient tracers and noble gas analysis in natural waters and gases have become powerful tools to study the dynamics and geochemical origin of these fluids. This session aims to define the current state of the art of the applications of these tracer techniques in hydro(geo)logy and studies on the physical and geochemical evolution of natural waters and gases. The session is also open to applications of these tracers in unconventional fluid systems (e.g., hydrothermal waters, fluid inclusions, sediment pore fluids, biofluids, etc.) with the aim to discuss and identify emerging research fields. http://goldschmidt.info/2013/program/programViewThemes#session23g Abstract submission: http://goldschmidt.info/2013/abstracts Kind regards Matthias Brennwald, Rolf Kipfer, Florent Barbecot , and Axel Suckow ---- Matthias Brennwald Eawag, CH-8600 Dübendorf Office Eawag BU-C08: +41 58 765 53 05 Lab Eawag LA-C76: +41 58 765 53 06 Lab ETHZ CLA A31.6: +41 44 632 09 36/39 matthias.brennwald@xxxxxxxx http://homepages.eawag.ch/~brennmat
