Sustainable Energy Fair Introductory Organizing Committee Meeting
Wednesday, November 17th
6:00 pm
Bahen Centre BA3008
Interested in renewable energy and energy efficiency? Want to learn
about related research, organizations and companies around Toronto?
Want to make valuable contacts in the area? Want to do all this while
working with a team of like-minded individuals to organize University
of Toronto's 2nd Annual Sustainable Energy Fair? Then come out to this
year's first meeting!
The Organizing Committee for this year is forming now and all are
welcome to join. If you can't make the meeting but are still
interested in being part of the organizing committee, please contact
Monica at monica.samec@xxxxxxxxxxx
Any clubs interested in co-hosting the events are also strongly
encouraged attend or contact Monica before the meeting as well.
Responsibilities of co-hosting organizations are:
1. Having two committed members actively participating in the
organizing committee
2. Having a booth at the fair and
3. Encouraging all members to help out the day of
