Ray Clement (Ministry of Environment)
- senior scientist with a background in chemistry
will be at UTSC to talk about careers in environmental science.
This talk will benefit greatly anyone looking to to make themselves valuable
regardless of which field they're in!
Wednesday, Nov 20 ~ 6PM S-221
Nadja Drost (Toronto Environmental Alliance)
will be at UTSC to talk about an oil pipeline that is being built in
Ecuador. Although the pipeline will reap a significant volume of oil,
issues have arised with regard to environmental as well as social damage in
the local towns.
This talk will benefit anyone looking to clue into international
environmental and social issues.
