e2 branch - rpm for mandrakers

Any of you who are mandrake users can grab a rpm of my current branch from the
e2 'other downloads' wiki page.
Befitting its status, it has been configured to install to /usr/local, rather
than mandrake's usual /usr.
Remember, you'll need to ditch your current config data in ($HOME)/.emelfm2, or
start from a command line with: emelfm2 -c new_config (or whatever).
