The Sandhill Crane that Kirk reported at Lake Junaluska yesterday was still
there today as of 9:15 am. A picture of them is attached. Also attached
is an eagle picture I took at the Lake today. The Cranes raised a fuss
when they were buzzed by the eagle. They seem to be a bit too large to be
alarmed by it!
