I spent some time at Lake Junaluska today and ended up with 41 species. The
highlights were Canvasback, Ring-necked Duck, Redheads, Horned Grebe, DC
Cormorants, Hooded Mergansers, and lots of Ruddy Ducks. I ran into Simon,
and he pointed out a Blue-gray Gnatcatcher by the cross on the hill,
possibly the one I saw about 2 weeks ago.
