Hi there,

Happy Midsummer! I'm Kathryn Long, Program Director of Growing Wild Forest
School, which is a nature-based early education program in West Asheville
for children ages 3-6.

We're currently looking to build up our substitute teacher list, and a
community member suggested that we contact the local Audubon Society in
search of nature-loving people who also enjoy sharing their knowledge
with young children, who might also have the schedule flexibility that
would allow a drop-in day teaching with us occasionally. Elders welcome! We
can help new substitutes through the process of getting background checked,
and it's important to us to pay a living wage.

If anyone in the Asheville chapter would be interested and available, I'd
love to discuss our program more and set up a visit! My phone is
828-776-4425, and more information about us can also be found on our
website http://www.GrowingWildForestSchool.org and our Facebook page
http://www.facebook.com/GrowingWIldForestSchool ;.

Cheers,

Kathryn Long
Program Director
Growing Wild Forest School
