Peg and I walk several mornings a week in a parking lot on South Tunnel -
La - Z - Boy, Haverty's, Dick's. No customers until around 9:30. This
morning, a female Cooper's Hawk was chasing young Starlings. She perched
in a willow oak and was very approachable. Got within fifteen feet and
even then she just jumped a little higher.
